It's been such a blessing to be back! All you wonderful people have kept me very busy 😁
Fortunately yet Unfortunately we are back to capacity and we are not able to take anymore new clients at this time. Our current wait time is 3 weeks and I just can't see that as being fair to our current clients. Just a reminder to all, please pre-schedule your next visit at the end of your appointments to lock in a spot.

Only a few weeks away!! So excited to get back into the Salon and to see all of you again! We're booking up fast so get on the schedule as soon as you can; we're booked almost 3 weeks out from date of reopening! 🤯

I am so thankful to have a loving and supporting bunch like all of you! Though it is sad to say that my Maternity Leave draws near; it was a blessing to have shared in this experience with all of you. Although we tried very hard to find a groomer to fill in during my absence, we were unable to find someone whom we felt would uphold the love and care I feel for all of you and your pups. As many of you already know, we have set the final open date for Nov. 25th until we temporarily close. Since many of you have prescheduled already, I have extremely limited openings from now until then and limited assistance for our larger fur babies. I apologize in advance if I am unable to squeeze you in, but I will be back in the Spring to welcome all of you once again!! 🥰🥰

We are extremely honored and humbled, yet saddened that as of today Lone Woof Grooming will not be accepting any NEW clients at this time. We have sought to bring quality service and special attention to our little family members, and thanks to all of your loyalty and recommendations - we are at capacity. We find that it is unfair and unwarranted to make our current clients wait for an appointment for such an extended period of time (some times up to 3 weeks). With that said, It is very hard to get you all in last-minute. We implore all of our awesome customers to pre-schedule their appointments upon completion of a groom to lock in a spot. And our promise to you all is to minimize your wait time for an appointment as best we can if you are not pre-scheduled.

Seeking experienced Dog Groomer interested in Contracting with Lone Woof Grooming; Salon available for rent. This is not an hourly or salary contract, IC keeps all generated income less rent and CC transaction fee's; IC will be solely responsible for servicing a client base with over 250+ active dogs, 5-9 dogs per day and growing. Works well without supervision. Our schedule is full of appointments locked in 2-3 weeks in advance with quite a few bi weekly and monthly prescheduled clients. IC makes their own schedule. Anytime between 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week if you so choose. We are seeking a high quality, highly motivated professional to retain our customer base, so the contract goes to the one who performs well in a test groom and is able to show thorough knowledge of the industry, exceptional dog handling skills, and can see eye-to-eye with our standards of quality. Lone Woof Grooming, with absolute joy, is happy to say we're reopening our schedule for appointments beginning Tuesday April 14th (let's enjoy our Easter as best we can) pending no changes to state/local mandates. Over the last week we've done extensive research and sought clarity on Governor Abbott's executive order and its impact on certain industries here in Midland and we're blessed to reopen our doors and schedule after concluding our research. We deeply apologize for any inconveniences this caused our clients in the meanwhile. We wanted to be absolutely sure we were ready to protect our clients from the spread as best we can, as well as not operating in violation of local mandates with the recent COVID-19 pandemic.

With that said, we will continue to minimize person-to-person contact as we always have with our 1-family at a time business model. We ask that our clients take extra care in meeting appointment times and pick up times to help us maintain this goal. We will increase appointment slots to allow additional time between appointments for sanitizing and cleaning. Please bare in mind that this is in place for your protection and ours; our fur babies are safe according to the CDC and WHO.

If you've recently traveled to or been in contact with anyone from known "hot zones", i.e. East Texas, New York, California, etc. please stay home and schedule your appointment 2 weeks out.

If you're feeling sick, please stay home and get better! Schedule your appointment for another time, we'll still be around to provide the best service to your baby when you're feeling well.

We also recognize that times are tough for most, we know we're feeling the ramifications of this pandemic... so we would like to extend a 15% discount on all menu services for clients old and new, now through April 30th.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that due to Gov. Abbotts' Executive Order GA-14, superceding all local restrictions/permissions, Lone Woof Grooming cannot accept appointments until the end of April. GROOMING SALONS/SERVICES are not listed as essential business. In accordance with the Texas Department of Emergency Management and guidance set by the Department of Homeland Security, our industry does not qualify to remain in operation.

Despite the pride we take in our service goal and operational business model of "1 Family at a time", practically eliminating any possible pet parent interactions on property and easily maintaining social distance, It is our civic duty to abide by the laws of the state and contribute the best we can to help eliminate the shadow in these dark times. We all know in our hearts that what we do as an industry is not just for looks and glamour; but for comfort, vital hygiene, and preventative services for our fur babies. With that said, we here at Lone Woof Grooming feel its important that we still make ourselves available to provide any guidance on taking care of your pet at home, until such a time that we are able to see your babies again.
