I'm pet sitting 2 dogs, Paddy & Tex in the little town of Sanford, MI this week. Ainsley loves coming out here to hang with the boys. This family have been clients of my Leftpaw Pet Sit business for a couple of years now. However this visit is a bit different. It appears that Tex & Ainsley have become cuddle buddies.

Apparently Ains is a bit like Cher. She likes younger males. In people years she is 5 years old but in dog years she's 39. Tex on the other paw (hand)is 24 in dog years, 15 years younger. After catching these 2 trying to touch noses, I'm going to have to "gird my loins" for when she starts asking for my car keys and credit cards.

I went to Barstow Park two weeks ago & found a gaggle of cornices. I thought maybe the Queen was in town. And I had the lone Border Collie.

What a way to celebrate not staying home!!

Two of my favorite clients that I get to visit once a week, and today was the day. Harvey is the big guy, my girl Breckin, and little Izzy.

U know u've reached the internet social media "critical red zone" when your beloved pet, that has only consumed edible items by mouth the last 10 yrs, nonchalantly removes ur cell phone from the coffee table and transports it to ur bedroom. With arthritic hips, jumps up & proceeds to bury my so called uberly essential electronic device in my comforter, along with her bone.
