This camp was a blast last year so we are bringing it back!

✨Eventing Camp✨

July 28-Aug 1 (ages 8-17)
9:30-4:30pm
$525 full day

This camp is for riders who can walk, trot, canter and do cross rails and above, and are interested in riding outside of the arena! If learning to ride over ditches, logs and water is something you want to do this camp is for you!!

This camp is great for anyone who is interested in an intro to the sport of Eventing or wants to know how to do better at it if you have begun competing!

We will ride on our cross- country course and learn to safely navigate through water and over jumps, ditches, and step ups! And for our more experienced riders we will practice coursing and how to address moving up the levels.

Activities include:
📍how to time your trot sets to music playlist
📍learning how to do dressage braids & quarter marks
📍 XC course schooling and gymnastics
📍XC Jump photo op session!
📍Dressage fix-a-test
📍long hacks through the woods
📍Show jump chase me Charlie
📍How to maximize points in every phase at your next show!
📍Plus all the usual fun camp stuff of taking horses swimming, vet and farrier visits and more!

This one is going to fill fast for sure so come learn about the exciting sport of Eventing with us at Redbird this summer!!!

✨Spring & Summer Pony camp dates ✨

March 31-April 4 (ages 6-14) $525 full day

June 16-20 (ages 6-14) $525 full day

June 30-July 4 (ages 6-14) $525 full day

July 14-18 (ages 6-14) $525 full day
*Advanced camp* riders who can confidently walk, trot, & canter & up!

Aug 4-8 (ages 6-14) $525 full day

These camps are beginner-advanced friendly. English and western friendly. No experience needed!

Mon- Friday 9:30-4:30pm.

Camp day includes:
📍High Quality art/craft projects
📍taking horses swimming (weather permitting)
📍Lots of riding (trail, arena, mounted games)
📍horse care and stable management
📍learn from farrier and vet visits!

**We are definitely cancelled for lessons today and barn is closed for riding, for safety reasons strongly suggest staff only today as the ground is very icy**

With school canceled tomorrow that means most likely we will be too depending on how white this ground gets tonight!

Stay safe and warm everyone!

All the horses of Redbird are all bundled up and have mountains of hay for tonight to keep them warm!

To everyone that ordered merch items (hats, sweatshirts, beanies, etc) it looks like all of our stuff is officially lost in the mail 😫!!!

It was apparently last recorded on tracking Dec 22nd when it should have arrived… and instead stayed on a truck somewhere through dec 24th

here’s hoping we can track it down. Stay tuned here for updates!

Congratulations to Amaya Zaslow and her family on the purchase of Bishop!

We found the perfect move up horse for Amaya just in time for Hanukkah and we are all so excited for Bishop to have his own teenage girl to shower him with love and attention!

Thank you Shona for being such a friend to our program and a perfect Auntie Shona for Bishop and Amaya!

Excited for the future for these two!! And Happy Hanukkah to you both ❤️🕎🥰

Congratulations to Leah Mccrae and her family on the purchase of Wendy!

Leah is one of our most reliable working students and captain of our show team; when Wendy came to our barn for sale..I was a little worried she’d never leave and boy was I right 🤣

These two fell in love with each other during training and now we are so excited for the future these two will share together ❤️

Merry Christmas to both you and Wendy on a dream come true!!

A huge thank you goes out to all that donated items on our wishlist; not pictured are the shavings shovel, rakes, pony treats and much more that are already being put to immediate use in the barn. Pony Pals Alert!!

We still have not one but TWO classes left in our winter session!!

Pony pals is our intro class for ages 5-8 and a great laid back way to introduce your kids to horses for the first time! We recommend this class for anyone who is unsure, or has kiddos that are experiencing horses and the farm for the very first time.

We sure had a blast at Black Friday camp! Campers decorated the barn for the holidays, explored the farm on horseback, learned about proper horse care and management, had a hot cocoa break during craft time, and much more!
