‼️PLEASE READ the following information regarding a recent security incident involving our email system‼️

We have discovered that our email system was compromised, and unauthorized individuals gained access to our email accounts.
As a result, some of our clients may have received fraudulent emails that appear to be from our office.

We have gotten reports of clients receiving an email from our office stating the following:

Please refer to the below attached Invitation to Bid / Request For Proposal for Job #: AR-SHE-230227.08_
THIS IS A SCAM EMAIL.

Please be aware that we would never send emails asking you to provide information such as your password or sign-in credentials. If you receive an email from us that seems suspicious, please do not click on any links or open any attachments. Instead, please forward the email to us at [email protected] so we can investigate the matter further.

We are taking this incident very seriously and have taken steps to enhance the security of our email system. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Please be advised that we are experiencing technical difficulties with our network and have very limited access to our phone system at this time. For this reason, we ask that if you do not have a medical concern or an urgent question regarding your pet’s health that you reach out to us next week or send us a text message to our office number at 804-739-7892 or an email message at [email protected] to limit the number of clients placed on hold so that we can provide care for our patient’s that are in need. We ask that you please be patient while we work through these difficulties to assist all of our clients and patients with the quality care you have come to expect from us.
