Misteltoe Mischeif Managed!
Mistletoe wanted to show her appreciation and love! So, she stayed up at the clinic late last night and gift-wrapped manager Melissa's desk last night!
She surely got some laughs and so did we!
Mistletoe is quite the silly little moose!
We are so thankful to provide care and love to our furry friends, to the loving pet parents who become like family, and the friendships created amongst our amazing staff.
May you and your fur babies enjoy a lovely day with loved ones and good food today!
From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!

β¨οΈ Santa Claus visited all of our boarding pets last night !β¨οΈ

From everyone here at Gully Animal Hospital, We wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas!π
May it be filled with happiness and loved ones!
Mistletoe can usually be found taking rides on our centrifuge. She says it reminds her of the carousel back at the North Pole!
We use the blood centrifuge to spin blood in separate red blood cells, platelets, and plasma. We then take the samples and perform labs to rule out any concerns for underlining diseases or conditions!
In order to obtain a βfull pictureβ of your dogβs or cat's health, it is important to have routine annual exams and bloodwork performed. Screening lab work (also called a wellness profile) is recommended for all adult dogs or cats (age 1+ years) at their annual exams, primarily to establish their baseline values when they are young and healthy. It becomes especially important for senior pets (age 7+ years), as their organs undergo changes more frequently than younger dogs and cats. We can often use these lab values to detect changes early to intervene and improve quality and length of life!
We love when we get to see Milo! He is always such a goofy boy, today he decided he wanted Lucy to let him play with the water during his kennel bath π
We had a very special visitor today! Mr.Grinch himself came by today ! He got many cuddles from Gracie and Mookie and made some new friends!
Mistletoe got pretty dizzy after taking the blood centrifuge for a spin! Much to his suprise, it is in fact NOT a merry-go-round!

Though we may still have to remind Mistletoe that it is not a carousel, he was very interested in learning about it's purpose in the hospital!
Itβs the first of the month! Did you remember your pets heartworm, flea, and tick prevention?
Happy national rescue dog day!
