Good Monday Morning,

Took the pictures moments ago 9:38 AM. As you can see we barely have visual of the foothills and to the East of the horses we cannot see the peaks of the Sawtooth Mountain range. Our air quality is unhealthy. The horses, are well, no coughing.

We are in need of assistance, it is real tough right now as far as donations and we finally have depleted our savings to keep the horses fed. It takes us $1,050.00 per week to feed them all.

We’ve carried our mission on for 24 yrs and 5 months. I will say this last year has been the hardest and most stressful by far.

We realize it is hard for everyone. We are not immune from it. I pray nightly for a miracle and not just for us but for each of you. I am not whining, just stating facts. But let me tell you this, FAILURE is NOT an OPTION. Rob has been helping one of the local ranchers along with the chores here but that job is coming to an end. Hancock’s Quixote Rose aka Baby B was born 4/12/2007. She is 17 yrs old today. She was born to rescued mare Rosie who was slated to go on the truck bound for slaughter. Baby B is an amazing horse and she has amazing individuals who have been committed to her and MHR all these years! She is living her best life along with her mama Rosie!
