Brasil has been given EUTH COMMAND!

From the moment we saw the only photo the shelter released of Brasil, this photo, with the saddest face, in his cage, standing on a urine soaked towel; we knew the shelter had already made their choice! Brasil hasn’t been given any time, any kindness, he hasn’t been shown that he matters at all! The moment he walked in the shelters doors, his fate was already decided!

We know, this is so unjust. Brasil deserves a chance. The shelter hasn’t and will not give him one! Brasil will be first in line for the kill room! Someone, needs to see his worth, see beyond what the shelter shows us, see into Brasil’s sad, heart broken eyes.

He was found as a stray. Everything about Brasil exudes sorrow and despondency. Just look at him; his tail is tucked, he hangs his head low, he has hunched his body, trying to make himself seem smaller. He is scared to be seen. The world and certainly the shelter fills him with fear! He has had to have had an unhappy life. Now, he isn’t being given any chance to experience anything better!

Brasil’s life will come to an end at the shelter! He will never know love! His eyes will never shine, his tail will never get a chance to wag! He deserves joy, affection, playfulness and compassion. The shelter won’t show him any of these things when he is walked or dragged to the kill room!

The reality at the shelter is that dogs who have had a bad life, who have never been loved by humans, are the first to be killed! Dogs like Brasil don’t have anyone to be their voice! They only have us!

Be Brasil’s voice! Be the person to show him he matters, that he is lovable! Time is quickly running out. Brasil needs you RIGHT NOW! Please be Brasil’s person. Foster or adopt him! Brasil needs you to be his miracle!
