We’re exhausted from harvesting in the heat, but we’ll have tons of gorgeous crops in the morning.

Featured here: A resting Miss Kitty. Flower bouquet. Purple basil. Celery. All will be available tomorrow (sorry, farm cat stays here), plus tomatoes, rainbow carrots, turnips, salad mix, and all the rest of the summer bounty. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our spread will be a bit bigger tomorrow. In fact, it should grow a little bit every week in June. 10am-1pm Saturday

New offerings this week include: hakurei turnips, spinach, arugula, and more. We will also be bringing lots of summer squash, zucchini, and winter squash starts for you to plant in your garden.

What: Spring Plant Sale

When: May 18th, 10am-2pm

Where: Rustling Aspen Farm, 65 N 300 W, Midway

Description: We will have a variety of plants for your garden, all grown on the farm. Expected starts include tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, kale and other greens, onions, herbs, dahlias, and more.

Happy winter solstice! We are enjoying plenty of couch time during the darker winter months, while we plan for next season. Freya has been poring over seed catalogs to find the best possible crops we can grow.

Our winter squash have been cured and we will be bringing lots to these last few weeks. Come stock up on squash, root veggies, the last of the tomatoes, and more.

We had some special visitors from helping harvest today. They’ll be serving up all this basil and other farm veggies on pizzas this week. Go snag a delicious pie with all the local farm veg while it’s still in season.
