✨FUN FACT✨

It is required by Pennsylvania state law that ALL cats and dogs MUST be vaccinated against Rabies and continue getting Rabies Booster Vaccines every 1-3 years as designated by their vet. 😉

👉You can get fined if your pet isn’t up to date with its Rabies Vaccine.

❗️⏰Char Daniels asks that you PLEASE show up for your scheduled appointments as promptly as possible.

👉If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule unless previously spoken to us about. Some days I have to be out by a certain time to get my kids to practices and if you aren’t there at your scheduled appt time (especially afternoon appts), we may be unable to groom/bath your pet(s) that day and you will be asked to reschedule. Our days are usually booked up and scheduled so your pups can go into the tub around the time of their appt so we can keep the grooming flow going in a timely manner. In the past we have been able to be a lot more flexible but my kids are currently growing up and involved in sports and activities and as a parent I don’t want to miss out on cheering them on. Thank you for understanding! 🙂

🐶To my weekend clients:

I will be reaching out to a majority of you about changing appts. My kids are both on travel soccer teams this Fall and their games will be on Saturdays and Sundays starting Aug 17-Nov 16. My plan is to currently work the Mondays I’m scheduled in Newport shop and work Mifflintown shop Wed-Fri. Fridays I do take late afternoon appts up until 5pm. Bath appts will be able to stay where they’re at but most haircut appts I will need to move. I will reach out to you guys individually about changing them. Thank you for understanding! 🙂

👉Please keep in mind that now ALL NAIL TRIMS must be scheduled. No more walk in nails will be accepted. This is to help us ensure that our check in/check out area doesn't get too chaotic and to also let our staff be able to focus more on the scheduled appts with less interruptions so we can ensure everyone's pets are getting the best care possible! ☺️

Thank you for understanding! You can call/text to schedule or use our online booking link. IF you schedule online, you can only choose appts on the hour or half hour. IF you only want nails done, one of our staff will reach out to you to schedule them a quarter after the hour or a quarter til the hour (so we can help keep clients spaced out). 😊
