Here at Squeaky Cheese Rattery our goal is to breed the best pet rats possible. Near Milano, Texas. We strive to have the healthiest, friendliest (and of course, cutest) pet rats possible. We have Marten, Roan, dwarf, Rex, Double Rex, Dumbos, Blazes, and many different colors available at different times of year. All of our rats are a part of our family and spend time with children, dogs, cats, and adults.

The awesome folks from Friendly Paws Rattery came to visit today and got some amazing babies to add to their breeders. They already had some of my lines and are temperament first! Matthew and Julia are are true rat lovers and doing an amazing job with their rattery. Follow them and check them out!

It is bittersweet to announce that Squeaky Cheese rattery will be closing. I am currently raising up my last few litters and will possibly have one or two litters total a year after this, they will ONLY go to previous adopters.
Almost all of my breeders will be going to manicmanessmallcrittery. I will be working closely with Loren on the lines and keeping the same amazing temperament and health. She is where I will be getting my future pet rats and I hope many of you will follow the rats there for adoptions.
Loren and I have had long conversations and she is the best choice for someone to continue my work raising the best pet rats possible.

Excuse my scratchy voice, we are all getting over an illness that knocked us on our butts. I’ve been meaning to show y’all this way to clean water bottles for a while but haven’t had a visibly dirty bottle to show it on until today. Hope it helps!!
