Spring is coming! It's time to think about getting the young horses started undersaddle and ready for their future careers!
We have a few spaces available for training and starting young horses at Trinity Stables!
Jamie loves working with the youngsters and setting them up to be confident and well rounded partners. A solid foundation and good basics will carry forward to a long career in any discipline.

Looking for a fun new dressage partner this season? Check out Geometric Art!! His movement combined with his flashy coloring is sure to get you noticed in the show ring!
Geo is an 11 year old 16.1hh Friesian/Warmblood gelding by Sempatico. He has shown through the FEI Intermediate 1. He is sensitive and forward thinking but not too hot or spooky. He would be a fantastic horse for a confident adult amateur or young rider to get their bronze or silver medals on and even finish to Grand Prix! He goes well in either the snaffle or double bridle and hacks out alone or in company. In the barn Geo is sweet and easy to handle and incredibly low maintenance.

"Shelby" is a 2019 15.3hh Thoroughbred/Morgan cross mare. She is currently barefoot and is easy to handle on the ground. She has correct easy to sit gaits and quality basics in her flatwork. Shelby is straightforward in the contact and is ready to show training level dressage. She is also schooling first level movements with a good start on the leg yields. She has been started over fences and is jumping small courses. She has been very brave and honest to the jumps.
Shelby would be an ideal project for someone looking to get into the show ring this spring and summer. She has a good foundation and could go in any direction. Because she is still learning she is not suitable for a beginner but would be suitable for an intermediate to advanced rider in the right program.

Developing young horses is one of my favorite things. It's so incredible to see how much they change and grow over the years. Tess has always been so wonderful to work with but putting these photos side by side really highlights how much she has changed physically between the ages of 4 and 6! Tess came out feeling fresh today after cross country and laid down a perfect clear show jumping round to finish on our dressage score and win 🥇 the Novice at the Waredaca Classic Three-Day Event out of 37 talented combinations! I'm so proud of my girl and how hard she tried this weekend!
I couldn't have asked for a better end to a really fantastic season. This was her 3rd recognized win at Novice this year and we were never outside the top two in any of our recognized outings. She'll have a well deserved vacation before we start winter training to prepare for next year!

Day 1 and 2 of the Waredaca 3 Day are in the books! Tess is feeling fit and ready to go! Our dressage today had a bit too much tension for our usual scores but we still managed a 30 which is good for 4th out of 37. We also had a great time practicing steeplechase today so we're feeling ready to tackle the cross country tomorrow!

We wrapped up our final classes at regionals today and are ready to head home tomorrow! N'Chantress is always such an angel for me!
With all of our classes indoors and 4 out of 5 total classes in the coliseum this was a very different environment for her and she did everything I asked of her even though it made her a bit nervous.
We wrapped up with a 65.8% and 3rd place in the 3rd level open musical freestyle championshipand 67.7% and 7th out of 20 rides in the 2nd level open championship! I'm so proud of how hard Tess tried for me all weekend. And the icing on the cake was making it to the awards ceremony for 3 of our 4 championship classes. The best is yet to come for this girl!

Shelby enjoying the beautiful weather in her first ride in the outdoor this year! ☀️ This girl is looking for a new home! She is a 15.3hh 6 year old Morgan/Thoroughbred cross. She is straight forward in the contact and has a solid foundation in her flat work and is started over small courses. She is still a bit green so is not suitable for a beginner but is ready to be brought along by an intermediate or advanced rider in the right program. Another day, another win 🥇 for N'Chantress! This time we jumped all the things! I am just so spoiled with her! We finished on our dressage score of 21.9 to win the Open Novice at the @thebuckscountyhorsepark recognized horse trials. The highlight of the day was her confidence over fences. We had our best cross country yet where she felt confident and straight the whole way! I'm looking forward to a fun fall season with this girl!
