What is Sound Healing? ✨️🎶🐴
Sound and Vibration Healing Sessions are:
One hour of sound healing singing bowl meditation and energy tuning with the horses.

Sound healing is an ancient practice utilized historically by many cultures to balance the flow of energy in the body at the sub-atomic level. By joining the grounding presence and magnetic awareness of our equine partners with sound and vibration energy healing modalities, participants enjoy a unique experience that facilitates mood improvement, relaxation, and regulating overall well-being.

$95 per individual appointment
$50 per person for group events

The opportunity to exist together on Earth is reason enough to smile.

Last week our lovely little arabian mare Queenie went to heaven. During her brief stay with us after being rescued from a less than ideal situation, she taught us many things: how to be soft and yet strong, how to lead and not follow, how to love with your heart on fire, and how to dance with grace.

God as we have taken care of her in life, we ask that You watch over her beyond. You entrusted her to our care, now we give her back to You. May she find a happy home in Your loving embrace. As we remember Queenie, may we love eachother more dearly.

Forever gallop free in paradise loyal and royal one.

Professional Yogini, Teresa Regan, will guide us on a beginner friendly yoga experience to lift up mind, body, and spirit while immersed in the beautiful nature of Kensington Metropark. Yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring your own! 💚

We are immensely grateful for everyone who attended Horses and Sound Healing in Kensington Park MAY 13. The forest air was dense with water and rain sprinkles that carried the sound far and wide! The horses, birds, trees, and light breeze joined in the symphony of the sound healing experience. We are already looking forward to the next retreat!

Join us THIS Saturday at 3PM for Horses and Sound Healing in Kensington Park MAY 13 for an energy workshop at Kensington Metropark group camp! 🎶

Certified sound practitioner Heidi Gilbert of Ki Frequency LLC Sound Healing and reiki energy guide Gloria Pavlik of Glorious Healing Energy will perform a one hour sound bath and energy healing meditation with crystal quartz singing bowls while accompanied by the powerful presence of horses and immersed in the peace and serenity of nature at Kensington Metropark . 🌿💛

Light refreshments will be provided. 💜
Guided interaction and grooming with the horses. 🐴Youth are free. 🌈
