Phoenix Rising Farm, in beautiful Hunterdon County, NJ, offers safe and family- friendly lessons, tr Jessica began riding at a very young age.

Jessica attended Centenary College where she also competed in IHSA, and graduated with an Equine Degree. She was an instructor at Briarwood Farm for many years and now teaches lessons at her own farm, Phoenix Rising Farm where English Hunter/Jumper lessons are offered. We also specialize in training, especially TB’s. Jessica has competed in many Big Eq. and Jumper prestigious horse shows and is very well known in our area.

Great day at Lotus!!! Congratulations to Allie and Secret for their Reserve Champion and Rae and Storm for winning the hack!!! Then congrats to Fallon and Cupcake for some great rides and well earned ribbons!!
Then the jumpers rocked it with Champion James and Saint and Reserve Champion Stacy and Sophie, with Sydney and Contessa and Paige and Sebastian right behind them!!! Great day and thank you all for coming together to make it a successful day!!! Sorry not more pics for the jumpers!

At the end of today all the kids were jumping all the jumps on foot and having a blast in the rain! One kid came in after jumping for about 15 minutes and said

“How do horses do that for an hour!! They are the best”!!!!

Great day at Sussex!!! Thanks to Samantha Nicholson for my pics!!!!!
Congratulations 2’ Champion Sage and Lela!! And Reserve Champion Captain (thanks Laura!!) With Stamp and Grace and Cashew (thanks Harper!!) right behind them!
Then congrats to Champion Ardean aka Pepper for a Champion in the combined division playing with the big guns and holding her own!!!!
Then congrats to Sky and Artie for great ribbons in tough competition!!!!
And finishing us off in the Crossrail division congrats to Rae and Sundance for a very respectful competitive showing today!!!

What a weekend!! Just need a special post to this little man! Calculated Breeze aka Captain came to us a year ago, as a little four year old off the track. Fast forward now a year to see all our hard work pay off!! This guy went to a big show and put down the trips of a lifetime, winning two and second in two, and in the top 6 in the hack, out of a huge class of fancy horses!! And the icing on the cake: Overall Grand Champion!!!! I’m so proud of this horse, he’s going to go far!!! Thank you Laura Autenrieth- Peifer for the rides this weekend ❤️❤️

So much fun and success this weekend at the TB Spectacular Show!!!! All the horses were awesome, brining home ribbons in Almost every class out of huge numbers and tough competition!!!! This just shows that all our hard work truly paid off this weekend!!

Another great show day at Lotus!!!
Congratulations 2’ Reserve Champion Lela and Sage!!! Followed right behind was an awesome debut for Jess and Whylie!!! And also a great debut for Reillyanne and Lace!! And more great rounds and ribbons to Rae and Storm, and Captain (thanks Laura!!)
Then congrats to Allie and Secret for great ribbons out of tough competition in the 2’3!
Moving on the Pleasure with a clean sweep of the division and Champion Harry and Pepper aka Ardean!!! Also congrats to Fallon and Cupcake for top ribbons out of lots!!!

Finally catching up on a busy weekend!! Sussex was a hot but a good day! Some highs and some lows but as with horses we take all of them and keep working harder!! Only 3 pics (that I stole) for the entire day lol! Congratulations Grace and Stamp for great showing in the 2’ TB’s! Then congrats to Liz and Rhett and Pepper for great ribbons in tough competition in the 2’3!! Polo and Lefty had a tougher day, but put their hearts into everything!! Then huge congrats to Rae and Sundance for winning a class and two seconds!! Great comeback!!! And finishing us up in the jumpers congrats Sky and Artie for nice ribbons out of lots of competition!! Well done everyone!!! Hard work pays off!!!
