Oral Exam: Moderate tartar and gingivitis.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Male intact. Two scrotal testicles.
MSI: Large matts all over body. Right eye covered by matt. Distal limbs covered in tightly adhered matts. Long, curled nails. Erosions on hind paws under matts (image attached). Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, wart on caudal right hock
CNS: Mentation appropriate. Blind.

Clipped hair from face and hind end.
Intake tasks
Sedate to finish grooming. Dexdomitor 0.5mg/ml 0.2 ml + butorphanol 10mg/ml 0.2 ml IM
Shaved coat
LRS 150 mls SQ
Antisedan 0.1 ml IM
Monitor appetite in medical.
SURGERY:
