Please, PLEASE, please help a stray or feral community cat IMMEDIATELY - don't wait! There is no need to befriend a community cat before helping that cat, or you'll have more cats before you know it.

Call a low-cost clinic to make an appointment right away as many don't have appointments for weeks.

About 2 weeks before your appointment, rent or borrow a humane trap so you can trap the kitty, get it scanned for a microchip, and spayed/neutered and vaccinated as a starting point!!

If you have the means and ability to secure and help get the kitty ready for a home, do that AFTER it's been fixed. 😻

Remember- it's cheaper to fix 1 cat then it is to feed 50+.

Money should never be an excuse not to spay/neuter.

I don’t even know where to start. We are involved in another hoarding case. This time there are 2 dogs included. We have so many cats and kittens in foster homes right now already. This situation is well over 40 cats/kittens. We need food, litter and most of all spay/neuter funds. I will share what Sheri has posted about this situation because it’s a really heartbreaking one.

We need funds more than anything right now to fix everyone. Then homes. If they’re not fixed they will keep reproducing. I have fixed 11 females so far

Iris Rose and I are involved in a very sad situation. A father and daughter have like 40 cats and 2 old dogs. We are fixing the cats but the family needs help. The mother/wife was killed in a car accident a few years back and the daughter is disabled. The father then fell off of his roof after the wife died and he was in coma for several months and he is now blind. These animals need placement and homes. There is an older Shepard female unfixed and a older chi. I have fixed 11 female cats so far. 6 more will be on Monday then the males. The cats are all beautiful
This family has no money. So animals need to be placed. Its awful. Here are a few pictures of some cats. They are starving.

Please consider donating so we can get these animals fixed and medically treated. We need adopters. We need dry food, litter and wet food. Most of all we need funds asap. Hi everyone. I’m sorry for the lack of posting on our Fb page but our little rescue has been so busy fixing cats, helping a deceased man’s family find placement for 14 cats and saving stray cats. Sheri received a plea for help for over 40 cats and kittens. As you can see some are sick and we want to get them the care they need. The kittens are currently in foster. She desperately needs monetary funds to fix these cats, litter, fancy feast kitten, dry cat food, pine pellets from Tractor Supply and terramycin. With the shortage of vets we are having to use other outlets to fix these cats and the costs are astronomical. Unfortunately we need the funds ASAP so we are not putting up a FB fundraiser because it takes up to 75 days to receive the donations. We also took in 2 gorgeous cats that were dumped. They happen to be the most loving sweethearts. They’re being fixed right now. Please help Sheri’s & Iris’s mission to continue helping the community cats. We have fixed several 100 cats this year and it seems to never slow down. Please share so we can help these cats 🙏🙏🙏

I wish we didn’t have to make this post but we wanted to update everyone on Willow. Unfortunately her brain trauma was to severe and she ended up passing away. We tried everything to save her. We are all devastated over her loss. This is the part of rescue that sucks. Constant heartbreak. Willow didn’t deserve this. If everyone would just fix their animals. Stop dumping them outside and stop allowing them to procreate. See you at the rainbow bridge sweet girl. Thank you to everyone who has donated to our TNR case and Willows vet bills. Anything left over we will use for the next animals that come into our care. As a rescue we promise to continue to keep working towards a day that every pet is loved, sheltered and fed 😢🌈🙏

Well today was a not so great day for our little rescue. This morning a 10 week old kitten was hit by a car. Someone picked the kitten up and ran it to a local ambulance department where they cleaned her up. They tried to find a vet to bring the kitten to but of course none of our local vets would help a community cat. The kitten was rushed to West End Vet in Newburgh where she received immediate care. She has brain trauma and had X-rays done to see if anything was broken. She received pain meds and was stabilized. Thankfully West End vet did not write this kitten off. They told us that with supportive care there is a chance she can recover. She deserves every chance. Right now she is with Iris receiving 24 hour care. If this kitten has any chance it would get that from her. Iris named her Willow. She is resting and is receiving pain management from the vet. She is the first 2 pictures. Sheri then was called about 50 cats/kittens in a local community. Sheri went and set traps. These cats and babies are so sick. Just why does this happen? Why can’t people spay and neuter their pets? We need monetary donations to help with vetting, meds, supplies and for Willow’s ongoing care. I know I haven’t been posting as much lately but I can assure you that our rescue has been working so hard behind the scenes. We had 6 adult cats that were dumped on our rescue. 800 in dental bills. 200 in fixing/vaccinating 2 of them. Please if you can help us we would greatly appreciate it. Even sharing our posts help! We are in dire need of wet pate food for all of these fosters. We had 6 adult cats that were abandoned that we took into our care. We also have a feral cat that we trapped and turned out she was ready to have her babies within hours of coming to our rescue. The beautiful long haired tortie needs a dental very badly. We are estimating it will cost around $500.00. She is currently on pain meds but we need to raise these funds. Her dental appointment is on the 16th this month. The babies are starting to wean and are going through wet food like crazy. It is crucial that we get them to eat on their own so we can begin socializing them. Their Mother is very feral and very protective of the littles. Please if you can donate some wet food and money to help with the cats dental we would all really appreciate it.
