For more than 18 years, Paddywack has been an independently owned and operated business at Mill Creek Town Center. Husband and wife owners Adam and Shane, and their team, are passionate about only providing the best options for your cats and dogs, as well as giving back to the community, including supporting local rescues. We offer a free loyalty program (with no card to carry!) and honor all vend

or frequent buyer programs, to help make your dollars stretch further. We will never accept payment to recommend products, and we always maintain strict standards for health and safety for everything we carry. We also offer a free pet pantry for people experiencing economic hardship who are in need of a helping hand. Thank you for your business! It is a privilege to serve you and your pets!

Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️ Today marks the start of our new Sharing the Love program!

Sharing the Love is our way of saying thank you to customers who have adopted a homeless pet from a nonprofit rescue, animal shelter, or private rehoming situation where an animal has lost their previous home. We have partnered with the Astro Loyalty rewards program as well as some of our favorite manufacturers to get newly rescued pets set up with FREE food, treats and supplements!

If you have adopted a new pet in the last couple of months, come on by to get your new pet bundle! If you're planning on adopting in the future, be sure to stop by to take advantage after your new pal has joined the home. And, of course, if you know someone else who has recently adopted a dog or cat, please be sure to tag them so they can learn about our program, too!

Look at this SWEET face! Can you help us find Georgia her new, forever home? Our own dog Georgia can attest that dogs with this name are wonderful!

Sweet Georgia is ready to share her toy and heart with her adopter! She needs your help to reach her adopter, Friends 🙏🏻

“Hi there! My name is Georgia. My family has called me "Georgia the pit-opotamus". I am a 8 year old pitbull mix who weighs 42 pounds. I have really short legs! My person says it's called "dwarfism". My body is long, I'm really unique! My family will tell you that I am the sweetest dog on the planet!

I have lived with a few dogs in my life. I have been good with other dogs except big dogs. I am scared they may hurt me. So if you have small dogs that are friendly but not pushy or want to jump on me, we could be friends! I will chase cats so I should not live with them. Kids are GREAT but they must be older. Toddlers scare me. Kids who are gentle and know not to lay on me or hug me can be so much fun. I love their attention.

I have chronic back pain which means NO stairs for me unless you have a ramp that is not too steep. I take a medication to help with that called Galliprant. It is very important that this is continued for my comfort. There could be more options to help me and if so, I hope my new human can look into that for me. I have had a sensitive tummy in the past, a bout with pancreatitis that was very painful. Because of that I need to stick to my feeding schedule with specific food and treats my person can share with you.

So now that we've gotten all of the "facts" out of the way, let me tell you some great things about me:

I rarely bark. I make sounds that sound like talking when I'm excited, it makes my people laugh.

I am a happy girl who greets everyone with a wiggle and a dance. No one will ever feel left out of lonely with me around!

I LOVE blankets. One of my favorite things to do is cuddle in blankets with my people. I sleep in the bed at night with my person. I am a pretty low energy girl; just take me on a short walk and give me some blankets to snooze in while you go about your business!

I am great on leash. I do not pull which makes a walk enjoyable for both of us. I am slow and I don't need long walks but continuing to move is very important for everyone!

I love toys! I will chew up stuffies so hard toys are what I'm given. I love to carry them around in my mouth. My person says she will send my toys with whoever decides to give me my forever home.

Once I get settled into my new home, I should be able to stay home without an issue. Just put the food up so I'm not tempted to get into it.

I can manage quite a few hours between potty breaks.

While my person is very sad to part with me, she recognizes for my safety and happiness it is the best thing to do. My hope is the next home I make my way to will be the home I get to stay in for the rest of my days."

Georgia is located in Granite Falls, WA. For contact information please email: [email protected]

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. Old Dog Haven has not assessed this dog for medical issues and will not be responsible for medical care after adoption. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.

They may be your dogs...but we love them too. Today we got some sad news about two of our longtime doggie friends, Rosie and Leia (not pictured.) This is by far the hardest part of our job here. We ask you to keep Leia and Rosie's families in your thoughts, and to their folks we say thank you for letting us be a part of their lives. It has been our great privilege. ❤️

February is the month for love, but this year, we experienced a LOT of love in January. On Monday the 23rd our family grew with the addition of our new pup, Winnie, a 33lb total Heinz 57 dog. Winnie was being fostered for Dog Gone Seattle by our friends who babysit our dog Georgia when we go on vaca...

A lot of you have been asking us how Winnie is doing after her Not-So-Great Escape on Friday, and what we decided to do about a GPS unit for her.

First of all, she's doing terrific. Her minor scratches are healing great (thanks, Silver Honey), and her behavior is totally normal. She and Georgia spend most of their time together either napping or playing, and her appetite is as good as always (read: she is a piggie.) She is bonding more strongly with us four humans, too, and is really excited when anyone gets home from being out. ❤️

For the GPS collars, Adam did a lot of research and as he is MUCH more tech savvy than I am, I let him make the call. We ended up going with Fi collars (ordered online), and both girls are wearing them all the time except for at bedtime. I hope they are the worst money we've ever spent, but the peace of mind is well worth it after such a nightmare of a day. Zero pressure but if you're interested in Fi, we do have a referral link (https://shop.tryfi.com/r/M3R5J9/?utm_source=referrals) that is good for waiving the $20 activation fee and a free month of membership. I think each referral gets us a free month too, for full transparency. I like that the collars have a "lost dog" feature you can activate if your pup goes missing, and it increases the location updates (with pushing location reports) as well as enables you to turn on a collar light for increased visibility. I really hope we never need to use that, though! Let me know if you have any additional questions about the collars, of course.

One more huge thanks to everyone who helped us search for our girl! It was the worst day we've ever had, but the silver lining was feeling the love from so many of you!
