Casper will be up for adoption in a couple of weeks, but in the meantime we need some help feeding him and the other babies we have! Sweetie Pie lives up to her name!! This sweetheart loves to sunbathe and is housebroken. She is calm and loving. She walks well on a leash. She would love nothing more than to climb up on the couch with you and take a nap. Sweetie Pie is about 2-3 years old, up to date on all shots, spayed, and on heartworm prevention. She is a short an stocky 40ish pounds and fully grown.

Sweetie Pie is one half of our sweetheart duo along with her sister Honey Bun. They were abandoned in a single crate one night last February next to our dumpster. Both girls live up to their nickname and are sweet, well mannered housebroken dogs. Honey Bun and Sweetie Pie were originally thought to be a bonded pair, but overtime, they have gained the confidence to be and do things separately.

Honeybun is the slightly more athletic one, meaning she is down for couch rotting or a nice walk. Honey Bun is about 35 pounds and fully grown at 2-3 years old. Meet Ink & Blot! These littermates are sweet babies that were picked up from the middle of the road as tiny five week old kittens by a good Samaritan. They are sweet and playful, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and have tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Brrrr... The next few days are going to be deathly cold, especially for those without warm bedding. A very generous donor has teamed up with ARF and Baldwin County Animal Control & Services in Georgia to help provide some warmth to our furry friends. If you have a pet that needs warm bedding, please follow the directions on the image below. We will be delivering tomorrow while supplies last. If you have other needs to help you keep your pet safe and warm, please message those as well and we will try to meet them. If you have gently used dog houses that you are willing to donate, they can be dropped off at ARF on the left side of the building or at BCAS at anytime. We will get them to those in need. Hey Georgians! As the winter storm approaches, don’t forget about your furry friends. Please remember to:

Bring pets indoors to keep them warm and safe.
Ensure they have plenty of food, water, and a cozy space.
Protect their paws from ice, salt, and freezing temperatures.
Check outdoor shelters for warmth and insulation if they must stay outside.

Keep your pets safe during the storm—if it’s too cold for you, it’s too cold for them!

Ginger is a gorgeous 9 week old kitten ready for her forever home. She is well socialized, playful, snuggly and good with other cats and polite dogs. ARF would like to say a great big thank you to Donnie Dboy Cannie for his amazing fence work. He and his crew did an amazing job on our updated fencing to keep our dogs safe. They made some repairs to our play yards. They were fast and professional. Thanks, guys! We thank you for helping us keep our babies safe!
