Class is in session for Thing 1 & Thing 2.🤩 These two will run through the house like a tornado if you let them, but with mounds of patience & consistency, we’re building & learning! 🐾This my friends is why practice, consistency, & reinforcement are exceptionally important when training to be off-leash!
🐾Whether on or off lead, we heel & sit when there’s traffic. This has become so routine that most times, when I call theirs names, they immediately perform without direction (commands-heel, sit).😉
🐾No, this didn’t happen over night. Yes, there many were mistakes. Yes, there was a lot of frustration. Yes, I became too lenient at times which caused us to regress, but ultimately, I KEPT AT IT despite every hiccup.
