My Golden Retriever Puppies is a small network of responsible Ohio breeders who are committed to:

Working closely with licensed veterinarians to be sure our puppies are healthy, and that deworming and vaccination protocols are current

Providing customers and clients with a pleasant, informative adoption experience.

Each customer receives a vet-signed health certificate, deworming and vaccination records, and AKC registration paperwork. You will notice the puppies on the "our puppies" page are not all from the same breeder or the same location. Each of our breeders is a small family breeder, most of whom raise just a few litters per year.

Most of our breeders have children who love to socialize, play, and "help" in raising the pups on a regular basis. This allows us to offer a wide selection of Golden Retriever puppies year round, without losing the down-to-earth authenticity of visiting a breeder’s home to pick out your puppy (versus a pet store, puppy mill, or broker who doesn’t allow you to visit their puppies where they were raised, much less meet the breeder).

We began as a partnership between two Ohio families: the Rabers and the Kauffmans. When we first met in 2015, I immediately realized there was something outstanding about Robert and his family, who've been breeding Goldens for over 15 years. They were sincerely passionate about the breed, and about their dogs in particular.

As his prize sire "Pudgey" strolled over to me to say "hello," I listened as Robert related the personalities, pedigrees, and offspring of his beloved dogs. He seemed to have their pedigrees all memorized! It was no wonder that his gorgeous, well-conformed, AKC, champion-

pups were finding wonderful homes with families across in Ohio and across the USA who were looking for a Golden to complete their family.

The internet has changed how folks shop for a puppy, especially in the last number of years. While many of our customers now pick their pup out through photos and video, we happily accommodate and encourage those who would like to select their pup the "old-fashioned way," by visiting the premises, playing with the puppies, talking to the breeder in person, and making a selection.

While a large majority of our puppies are placed with Ohio families, we do have customers from nearly every state. We take every precaution to provide the pup with a great traveling experience, often beginning with a bath and cuddling the night before. Golden pups do well with airline travel, and the airport personnel at our local airport (CLE) go out of their way to make sure the pups get lots of attention and care before their flight.

Over the years, we have communicated and listened as families chose their puppies and addressed their concerns and questions. Through this attentiveness, we have continually improved and grown, with many happy customers coming back for more pups or referring us to their friends and family.
