Fruit muffin
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 Teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon baking powder. Cut in or rub in 1/4 cup softened butter. Then combine 1 cup sour cream and 2 eggs. Quickly stir in the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Fold in 2 cups of berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberries, etc) (can also use any chopped fruit like apples, peaches, etc). Fill in a muffin the pans. These make 18 muffins. Just before putting the muffin in the oven drop the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for just 20 minutes.
