Popped in to Aquatic Creations, Inc for blood worms. Seeing his really make me want a salt water tank 🐠

I ripped out all of the real plants in my puffer tank, they were looking SAD.

Then, scraped the glass, vacuumed the sand and did a water change.

His tank is sparking ✨

Got my guys’ tanks cleaned and rearranged with fresh silk plants. I truly suck at growing real ones so I have floaters coming to me from Etsy.

Both of my guys are busy exploring their new digs and I’m sitting here enjoying every second watching them 💕

Super sad to report this sweet girl, Princess Peach, passed this morning 😔 All we can think of, is old age 💕

She taught me a big lesson early on and that is, I don’t have the ability to take in a betta for the sole purpose of rehoming. However, if I have an empty tank, I’ll always be willing to fill with a rescue 🫶

I love my 36gal community tank.

It’s full of life and is fully cycled so it’s practically maintenance free aside from water changes ✨

Today was water test and changing day. All 5 of our tanks are nice and clean, have fresh water, and now we can relax for the rest of the afternoon.

We’ve had this girl for a week now and she’s so fun to keep. Her belly’s a little less bloated and she is looking fabulous 💅🏻

Her name is Princess Peach and but she’s the queen of the house 🍑 👑

Her favorite spot is right here, resting on top of a wad of guppy grass 🧡 Last night she had her first meal of 4 bloodworms and she tore them up 🪱

We’re fasting her for a couple of days to help her bloat and treating with Fin & Body Cure to repair her fins 🩹

She’s settling in so nicely and can’t wait to see how she looks in a couple of weeks ✨
