**NEW POLICY**
Providing clients with unmatched service is an absolute priority. In order to accomplish that, I have added a cancellation policy.
Cancellations leave schedule gaps that cannot be filled without adequate advance notice wich prevents my being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.
Going forward I require 48hr notice for appointment changes and cancellations
Clients who cancel/reschedule their appointments without 48hr notice will be charged an extra $30, wich will be applied to their next grooming appointment.
