We lost our beautiful Apple yesterday. She was spicy and sweet at the same time. Loosing a pet isn’t easy and this one was extra hard because I knew she was feeling unwell and I couldn’t fix it. Rabbits are excellent at hiding pain and discomfort and unfortunately she hid hers from me for too long. Uterine cancer in rabbits is so so common and it’s why I recommend a spay with every one of my pet buns that get adopted. She loved her time being a momma and she loved her babies fiercely. I was able to snuggle and thank her for providing us with not only beautiful babies but also love and joy. My momma buns are not just for producing babies, they are loved pets first. My heart is sad and she will be missed. I hope you’re doing some extra spicy binkis in heaven beautiful girl.
