This boy is growing like a w**d and his goofy personality is coming out more each day.

I still can’t believe this Hancock / high brow cat c**t ended up in a k!llpen as a weanling. So sick and fighting for his life - we are so glad he is healthy and thriving.

We are so glad he is gelded finally and can’t wait to watch him settle down as the weeks go on.

Right now we need donations for a lot of bills and daily expenses we’ve got piling up. Saints 1600 vet bill being one of them.

This last week had been …. A week 🫠 snow somehow cut herself right next to her lady parts - a giant slice of I must say. It is blocked with words because I don’t want it to get 🚩 . We’ve spent more time at the vet this month than I ever want to. Despite genuinely liking the Dr. After all is said and done I’m very thankful we finally have amazing equine vets in our area 🙏🏼

Snow, Doc, and Saint are all on the mend from their visits and it’s refreshing to have healing go this smooth 🩵

As always, our hands are full but our hearts fuller, and our wallets empty 🤣

Happy $7 Sunday from the newly gelded Saint ! 🎉

For our new friends here - Seven Dollar Sunday is our Sunday fundraiser day ! A fun way to challenge our supporters to help our rescue horses. We challenge each person who sees this to donate just $7 to our rescue.

Don’t forget ! Our little rescue survives off of donations. We couldn’t do it without you !

Right now our rescue is in a critical spot, something that makes me sick to even think about…but it’s the truth and I promised to always be transparent.

We are out of funds and in desperate need of donations for these animals.

Sweet *not so baby * Buckley boy 🌼 this one year old is already as tall as my two year old c**t. He’s gonna be one big boy ! He is fully enjoying the sunshine and springtime weather ! Running and causing chaos with his partner in crime Sinatra and their mini boss lady Bonnie 😂. These 3 stooges are hilarious to watch. There is never a dull moment with them.

Crazy to think that without donations and help from our supporters… she wouldn’t be alive.

None of them would.

Souls that I cannot imagine not being in this world. Sold by the LB for meat.

Animals that have given their lives to their humans, and loved them so much. Discarded like an old object.

Rescue is teaching me so much about life.

In one day I will be so devastated by what awful things humans can do, then in the next moment I am completely amazed by the wonderful strangers who help us save them.

The good moments make this all worth doing. Like this photo, and the happy thoughts of all the people we haven’t met, donating to our small rescue to save lives.

Big baby Doc now vs gotcha day ❤️❤️

Both doc & saint have their castration today ! Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. This is not your routine castration, both of them are cryptorchids.

Saint being an extreme version of- his surgery will be more invasive and exploratory in his abdomen to find his testicles.

Docs seemed to have at least one dropped and we are hoping the second one has since his initial check up 🤞🏼

These two surgeries are going to cost us several thousands of dollars. Probably why they ended up in the slaughterhouse pipeline in the first place.

On top of this vet bill we have farrier bills coming up as well as we are critically low on feed and funds.

The faces that need our donors for dentals 🩵🫶🏻

Rojo, Arrow, Myrtle and Doc all need our wonderful village of supporters to help us reach our goal by the 14th.

Dental procedures are crucial to the rehabilitation of these animals. For those that aren’t aware of why we do dentals on equine -“because their teeth continuously grow and can develop sharp points or uneven wear, impacting their ability to chew and eat properly, leading to health problems.”

I don’t believe any of these rescues have ever had a dental in their life.

We need to raise a minimum of $800 by April 14th to get them seen.

We have raised $150 so far.

I love this mule 🫶🏻
Still cannot believe this love went thru FIVE auctions before we saved her. How could five people pass her up ?!?! ANNDDD that’s only the five current auction marks we can see. I wonder how many she’s endured in her lifetime.

I’m so thankful she never has to go thru one again.
