Due to the outbreak of EHM (EHV) and for the safety of our horses, we are suspending haul-in’s as well as offsite instruction and events. All of our horses are regularly vaccinated and healthy. The EHV vaccine doesn’t protect horses from EHM (the neurological and deadly strain of this virus). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the safety and wellbeing of our horses is always the priority. Once the virus is contained, we will resume normal operations.

Instruction will continue on farm as normal.

Denver is one heck of a 5 year old. His very first time being clipped. He didn’t move an inch getting clipped today. Not even a flinch to touch up his ear fuzz or bridle path. He’s just as solid under saddle. Next up- a parade and fox hunting.

We are so fortunate to live so close to the Virginia State Arboretum. This time of year is especially magical at the Gingko Grove.
