Female Border Collie

Miss Arrietty, aka Yetti aka Yetti Spaghetti, would love to be someone’s active companion or a sport dog when she grows up! She loves being with her person and wants to do whatever you want to do.

She’s confident enough to take the lead yet smart enough to follow when necessary. She’s been great with dogs, small or large. She’s been great with cats, though she does wish they were her friends.

She’s been with me working on some puppy foundations:
✔️ Potty training
✔️ Crate training
✔️ Socialization

She loves meeting new people. Come meet her and fall in love with her! 💞

Raising the Studio Ghibli has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding things I have ever had the pleasure of doing. This was my first litter under my kennel name and first litter out of my most special girl, Bean. All 5 puppies hold a very special place in my heart and I know that their new owners will love and cherish them just as much as I do. So without further ado:

✨Chihiro (Blue Girl) is now Maggie
Amethyst’s Whispering Magnolia

Maggie and her new mom Brenda will be travel buddies and possibly be dabbling in some agility!

✨Haku (Black Boy) is now Strut
Amethyst’s Black Tie Affair At Crown Fire

Strut and his new mom and family with be strutting their stuff in the conformation ring and kicking butt in other performance sports!

✨Sasuke (Gold Boy) is now Pony
Amethyst’s Stay Gold Ponyboy

Pony and his new mom and family will be dabbling in sports, conformation, and just having a blast growing up with his two new human brothers

The Studio Ghibli litter is officially 8 weeks old! To say that I am proud of this litter would be an incredibly massive understatement. Knowing that I only have one more week with them all together is so incredibly bitter sweet. This litter has been an absolute dream and more than what I could have ever hoped for. I cannot wait to see what adventures await them all. I want to give a huge thank you to Pamela, Jo May, and Lauren for allowing me to pair their wonderful boy, Merlin, to my most special girl, Bean. Also I couldn’t have done this without everybody who has helped me through this entire process, I am eternally grateful for all of you. It truly takes a village. 💜

The Studio Ghibli litter is officially 7 weeks old. Over this past week we’ve started the weening process, got to hear fireworks for the 4th of July (none even noticed), and got to explore in the woods and play in the creek for the first time. It may seem repetitive but I just love how fun and confident these puppies have been. We have an exciting week ahead of us. Puppies get temperament tested later today, tomorrow they have their first vet visit, and this upcoming weekend we have herding evals. I’m just so excited for these guys.

The Studio Ghibli Litter is officially 6 weeks old! It’s so crazy how fast time with them had flown by. This past weekend they got to have so many visitors ranging 3 years old and up! These puppies are just a dream. They’re so confident and curious. Their potty training is going great, they have great recall for little 6 week babies, and have great off switches in the midst of chaos. This week puppies will begin separation for feedings in their crates and will get to explore more of the property.
