A friendly reminder about my policies here at Pretty Paws!

🚨 Cancellations:
- doing so within 48 hours of your appointment may result in an additional $25 fee being added to your next grooming appointment.

🚨 No show/No call:
- doing so will result in a charge for the full grooming fee you were scheduled for.

📌 I try my best to accommodate everyone's schedules & busy lives. However, as my business grows, it becomes harder to accommodate last minute cancellations.

📌Also, there will be a slight price increase of $5-10 per groom. Not all services will be increased. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or message me! As I'm sure you all know this is due to the increased cost of products, utilities, etc.

🚨 I recommend booking in advance! I am currently scheduling into the end of May for reference! I can also add you to the cancelation list to try and get you in earlier if and when cancellations occur!
