If you have to go out today, for work or for errands-be sure to drive slow, and with precaution!

Fun fact: I was born and raised in cold weather (so, I’m a little excited about the upcoming Winter storm coming here to Florida!) ☺️❄️

Florida doesn’t usually see freezing temperatures, let’s make sure we’re prepared and staying safe!

Here are some tips to prepare for freezing temperatures:

🏡 Home:

- Insulate pipes with heat tape, seal leaks, and shut off water to outdoor faucets.
- Let faucets drip and keep doors/windows closed to retain heat.
- Run ceiling fans in reverse to push warm air down.

🧤Clothing:

- Dress in layers and wear insulated boots.

🗃️ Supplies:

- Stock a kit with food, water, meds, and a flashlight for home and car.

❄️ Stay Safe Outside:

- Limit time outdoors, watch for frostbite/hypothermia, and avoid overexertion. Additionally, drive SLOW! Slick roads are no joke!

Stay warm and prepared, and be sure to keep your furry family members indoors 🥰

My main client was Miss Coco, who I haven’t seen in what felt like forever, and she got all cleaned up and pretty after her pawliday 🥰
