We are introducing our new micro Buckwheat. A tangy, citrusy flavor with beautiful large leaves. It’s high in protein and iron. Great in smoothies!

If you are adventurous and like trying different foods come taste a sample of Sweet Lupine. Its unique appearance and texture gives a nutty flavor similar to sunflower shoots, peas, and broccoli. It’s a funky looking micro that enhances culinary dishes.

Starting the New Year off with healthy options? Start growing your own greens indoor with our popular grow kits. It’s fun, grows quick (7-10 days), and it’s chemical and pesticide free. Non-GMO and organic too 😉

All microgreens have health benefits, but buckwheat micro may just be the most nutritious ones out there.
They are a rich source of vitamins B, E, and K and minerals such as calcium, Copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Buckwheat microgreens have a tangy and citrusy flavor that is delicious and nutritious. Excellent variety to add to salads or stir-fries. We love the flavor in pesto too!

Keep an eye out as we will soon be adding buckwheat to our lineup of micros at Palafox Market.
