Ready for ➡️ Week 2 of Channel II Winter Series!!

It was a cold start - but the horses stepped up to the plate 💫

🌟 Merike Pope’s “Exceptional” did his first few rounds at 3ft and will be debuting in the greens this season - excited to see him coming along!

🌟Jafira jumped some great practice rounds in the .90m jumpers, and will be available for trials Wk II. She is a packer for 2’6 - 3’6ft.

🌟Boca’s Anarchy jumped to podium finished in the schooling 2ft and brought home a Reserve Championship with Heather Youngblood in their debut as a team 🏆

Laguna wrapped up our last local show of the season before heading to GHJA Finals next month - congratulations to our local team on a great season! 👏

💫 Heather Youngblood’s new addition Boca’s Anarchy was Reserve Champion 🏆 in the Schooling Hunters - excited to see this partnership develop

💫Quintino River Z and Emily Weatherly played around in the low child/adult jumpers to podium finishes🥉 🥉

💫Jafira and Karen Johnston Reserve Champions in the Low Adult Hunters 🏆 and Classic Winners 🥇

💫 Cookie D’Oh and Harper Holguin debuted in the short stirrup arena - ribboning in a very competitive class! So proud of Harper’s progress in such a short time

💫 Angel Hunter and Connor Banks had top finishes in the short stirrup division and wrap up the year in the top 5 overall

We kicked off the fall season at Tryon Fall 5 ✨🍂

🌟 Quintino River Z and Emily Weatherly took 🥈 in the 2’6 medal as well as ribbons in the low adult hunters. Quinn also had podium finishes in the USHJA 3ft

🌟 Exceptional moves up to the 2’9 with top ribbons as well as a 🥈 in a big hack class! This lovely horse is offered for sale

Excited to announce - Hope Lewis joining the Laguna team as our assistant trainer! ✨

Hope has experience competing through the ranks as a junior/amateur - from local competitions through indoors. She will be a key part of our academy and local program. Very excited to expand our team!
