Busy couple weeks coming up at Cash Creek with all these visitors. Angel is back for a third time with Cash baby #2 by her side (filly named Paisley). And Sister is joining for her first visit with us, hoping for successful covers of both. And Mel (paint mare) has returned for her annual 4th of July stay with us.

Newest addition of the Cash lineage has hit the ground. This beautiful little filly is only two hours old as pictured, this is the second foal for Cash and Angel. Thank you Billie Randy Forster for being a repeat customer and continuing Cash’s legacy. Congratulations on your healthy little girl!

Enjoying this mild November as much as possible. Have had a little passenger on the last two outings. Cash is showing her the ropes as he has for me over the last 19 years.

Was able to sneak in a ride on what looks to be the last warm weekend of the fall. Even picked up a little riding buddy. They both did awesome. Especially considering I just dropped the reins and let the four-year-old take over. Cash even got to check out the new barn/shed and see where his stall will be.

I seriously do not know what I ever did to deserve this horse. He has sat all summer after breeding a handful of mares and I took him out for the first time last night in the fresh crisp fall air and he walked out perfectly. Checked out new territory he has never been to, spooked up deer, and walked home like a perfect gentleman in the dark without ever losing his cool. The very last ride my four year old daughter came along and he knew he had a job to do. So glad he decided to claim me as his own so many years ago.

Angie Esterberg Barrows and Kaylee Esterberg are loving their full sibling Cash N Half foals with matching star markings to boot! The little filly is just under a month old and older brother Hobbs is ponied under saddle for the first time. Looking great!

If you happened to check out the March 2022 issue of The American Quarter Horse Journal, you saw Cash‘s sire (Miss N Cash) and grandsire (Dash for Cash) featured in the article “Godfathers of Speed.”

Miss N Cash finished seventh in the National Cutting Horse Association Futurity in 1986 followed with the NCHA Derby win the following year. He sired 815 foals that earned more than $4.5 million in cutting, reined cow horse, barrel racing, reining and ranch horse competition.

Dash for Cash sired 1,369 foals, a majority of them, 1,155 were race starters and earned nearly $40 million.

This is just a snapshot of the bloodlines you will be adding to your paddock with a Cash N Half foal on the ground.
