Is your dog good at being "cozy?" Snuggles. Sleeps. Naps. Cuddles.

We're bracing for brutally cold weather to start in the next few hours. More time for snuggles and cozy! 💕

Us pet parents want to minimize time outside to keep our dogs safe but we still need them to do their pees and poos. 💩

Add some strategic positive reinforcement to help your dog get their potties done in a timely fashion.

As soon as your dog does their pee or poo immediately give high-pitched verbal praise and a small high value treat. You're using the same positive reinforcement that you probably used to potty train your dog.

Why is this helpful in inclement weather? Your dog will quickly learn that they will get praise and a treat for going potty AND they'll likely prioritize getting their potties done and get back inside quicker with less time outside. Win. Win! 🏆
