We’ve got a 4-week “mini” session running from Saturday, Feb 8 - March 1 at in Bayview!! Each week, you’ll learn a new circuit to keep your pup active and healthy - at home equipment is minimal (a stack of books and yoga mat!) and every circuit offers a full-body strength and conditioning workout in the comfort of your living room (or wherever you choose to work out!) Prevent injuries, increase confidence, expend energy, and spend quality time with your pup! Workouts take just 10-15 minutes a day 3-5x a week - be honest, you easily spend that much time scrolling on a daily basis 😳😉.
