Wow… what a year. 🐾✨

2025 brought so many exciting changes for Sip & Purr: big growth, meaningful milestones, and important steps toward our long-term mission of saving even more cats.

What we accomplished:

🐾 Completed the build-out of the building we purchased in 2024
🐾 Opened our new Sip & Purr location in Spring 2025 🎉
🐾 Proudly planted roots on Brady Street
🐾 Continued our foster program throughout the build-out -- because the work never stops 💜
🐾 Increased adoptions at our new space, saving even more lives
🐾 Continued our long-standing partnership with Lakeland Animal Shelter
🐾 Added another country to our rescue map, welcoming and adopting out our first kitty from Saudi Arabia 🌍🇸🇦
🐾 Celebrated the world premiere of in Milwaukee before continuing to tour across the country and internationally, including screenings in Bali, Indonesia, and Melbourne, Australia.
🐾 We're thrilled to continue the film tour in Spring 2026
🐾 And, looking ahead to 2026 -- we're excited to expand our reach and increase adoptions.

Happy adoption to Nifty!🥹🖤

This sweet girl was with us for less than 24 hours before she found her perfect person. Talk about love at first cuddle.🤣

The only pic we have of Nifty is with our Cat Lounge Concierge on day one soaking up all the snuggles because that’s exactly who Nifty is. A total cuddle bug! It's no surprise she was scooped up almost immediately.

Planning your kitty cuddles? This is your friendly reminder to book ahead! 🐾

After seven years, our cats are still very popular and the lounge still regularly sells out. If you want guaranteed kitty cuddle time, the best (and only) way to do that is to reserve your Cat Lounge visit in advance on our website.

We intentionally limit the number of guests in the Cat Lounge so everyone (cats and humans!) have a fun, calm, and enjoyable experience. From day one, our commitment has always been to the cats, and that will never change. 💜

The cats don’t care if you traveled an hour, forgot to check the website, or are here for a birthday or special occasion...they care about having a safe, low-stress environment, and we’re committed to providing exactly that.

✨ Good news: if the Cat Lounge is sold out, you’re still more than welcome to hang out on the cafe side! The cafe is first-come, first-served, with coffee, treats, merch, and big windows where you can watch the kitties. And of course, Brady Street is fun to explore!

So please, please, please...if kitty cuddles are your goal, book ahead.🙏

This beautiful lady is Andie. With our beloved Lacey recently getting adopted (🥹), Andie has proudly stepped into her role as the queen of constant snuggles, hugs, and smiles.

Poppy is one of those special cats who thrives with a more confident feline friend by her side. She’s super duper sweet, but having another cat helps her feel safe and brave as she navigates the world.🥹

Wouldn’t it be amazing if Poppy could be adopted with Ronnie and Donnie...or even one of the brothers? The three of them are absolutely smitten with each other, and honestly, it’s impossible to tell which one she loves more.😻

We are over the moon thrilled for Fauna, who recently found her forever home 🥹

When Fauna first arrived at Sip & Purr, she was quite shy and spent much of her time chilling in our back room. Once she settled in and realized she was safe, loved, and right where she belonged, something magical happened. Fauna slowly made her way into the lounge and blossomed into a total social butterfly! 🤷🏼‍♀️♥️

Fauna is a perfect example of how cat cafe life can help shy kitties build confidence, get noticed, and ultimately find their perfect person!

And as if that wasn’t iconic enough, Fauna is also Miss December’s centerfold in ! 📸 Huge thank you to for dropping in, meeting the cats, and helping spread the word about Sip & Purr’s work. No cat deserved a centerfold moment more than Fauna.🤩

Congratulations to sweet Fauna and her forever person! We couldn’t be happier for you! 👏🏻
