HOURS BASED ON APPOINTMENTS

grooming prices start at $52 (for first visit puppy under

1 yr old)

$25 fee will be assessed for matting (not groomed for 4-5 mos) and/or unusually aggressive pets

$50 additional fee for excessive matting (not groomed more than 5 mos)

A reminder call or text will be made 2 business days prior to appointment, requesting a confirmation on your part. Please do so to keep appointment, if not, it will be cancelled

Business is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (NO WALK INS), so if unable to keep appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice during business hours

Appointments more than 15 minutes late, will be considered cancelled, so call or text when you know you are running late

There will be a $25 charge for NO SHOW (once confirmed)/late (less than 24 hours) appointment cancellation

There will be a $25 boarding fee for late (more than 15 mins) pick up - so PLEASE call or text if running late or make arrangements up front

A week's notice will be requested for excessive cancellations and/or appointment changes

Payment in full is required at time of service

Form of payment: cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, no credit or debit cards

Accepted payment is Cash, check, Venmo or Zelle (no credit or debit card payment accepted)

A $30 service charge will be assessed to any returned check
