Life Skills graduates, Teams Skipper, Daisy, Honey, Mustang and Charlie were trying to smile for the camera but decided to be silly.

Interested in becoming a therapy team with your animal? A series of classes are being offered to allow for practice.

Week 1: Sunday, November 17 12:00-1:00pm
This class will cover “what is a therapy animal” and basic skills; sit, down, stay, greet a stranger, and leash walking

Week 2: Sunday, November 24 12:00-1:00
This class will be a refresher on basic skills and cover hands on practice with patients and grooming.

Week 3: Sunday, December 1 2:45-3:45
This class will cover all the steps in evaluation format.

Each class is $25, choose 1, 2 or all 3.

Evaluations will follow, the date will be announced during classes.

Team Phoebe completed the Feisty but Happy class. Her working partners Tucker and Ozzie could not attend last class so Phoebe worked with a stuffed dog and did great! She is a Heinze 57 dog with her prominent breeds of Collie, Boxer and Cane Corso. Very sweet girl!
