Updates - Please read.

🐶 PRICE INCREASE - for most services - coming November 1st 2024. Please message me directly to see if your price will be increasing, otherwise I will be contacting everyone before their next appointment after 11/1 to let you know your new price.

🐶 Policies - A couple new policies will be implemented in order for things to run smoothly here at Wizard of Pawz. As understanding as I am, I need everyone to know that anytime you no call/no show or cancel your appointment last minute, I take a huge hit. As of last summer, I am no longer taking new haircut clients in order to service all of you, my current clients, in a timely manner. Because of this, if I get multiple no shows or last minute cancellations that I cannot fill, within a few days, I’m taking a huge loss. Please understand this is why the no show fee is in place. 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment is considered “late”, and IF I have time to accommodate you afterwards, there will be a $15 late fee. Otherwise you will have to be rescheduled and pay the missed appointment fee. After 3 missed appointments, you will have to prepay for your minimum price appointment, and that $ would be kept if you miss another appointment without notifying me. Thanks for your understanding.

🐶 Holiday appointments - if you are not already on a pre booked schedule, I recommend you start. Even if you’re just a bath. It’s getting harder to squeeze everyone in, so in order to ensure you can get a holiday appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

I’ve had this idea in my head for the last few months, and I decided for Wizard of Pawz’s 5 year anniversary (this November) I wanted to revamp the lobby area! I spent the last 36 hours painting and redecorating, and surprisingly pulled it off. Just need new curtains. I can’t wait for everyone to see it, and hope you all like it as much as I do! 😁

Extreme makeover: Grooming Salon Lobby edition

Many of you have been with me from the start of my dog Kirby’s medical journey. Today we helped end his pain and sent him across the bridge where he will be rid of his broken body and back on 4 legs chasing all of the squirrels he can. He has given so much to me over the years and I’m going to be lost without him. His last day was spent surrounded by his favorite things. Sleep peacefully, Kirby. 11/11/14-6/9-23 I’m sorry for the delay in messages and pictures this week. Please know I will respond to them as soon as I’m able. I appreciate all of you. ❤️
