Sarge's Recruit Bulldogs We breed future Marines. Three months later we added Gunny to our family and couldn't stop there, we had to have one more.

By the time the pup is ready for its forever home, it has gone through a rigorous boot camp of all the food it can eat, daily snuggles and lots of playtime. My husband is a USMC veteran and because of that, of course we had to buy a bulldog, so in 2011 we purchased our first bulldog and fell in love with the breed and fell in love with Sarge.. ree. All our dogs are our family living in our home and even sharing our bed. They all have distinct personalities and it's so fun to lounge around with them everyday. With the help of some great people, we decided we would breed Cami and add some babies to the mix. Cami had three little bundles of joy in May 2017 and from then on it's history.

Our poor Daisy has not been feeling well and definitely not herself all week. A trip to the vet yesterday gave us unsettling news. Daisy has a growth on her spleen that could be cancerous. She goes in for surgery first thing Monday morning to have her spleen and the growth removed. Per the vet her bloodwork still looks pretty good so we are crossing our fingers it will be benign 🙏🏻

This weekend will be very low key for her until her surgery on Monday

Today we said goodbye to our Sarge. He was our very first and the one who started it all. He was the most gentle and caring dog who wanted nothing more than to snuggle next to us. Words can’t describe the emptiness at home without his puppy like behavior even in his elder years. He had a very aggressive form of cancer that took him in 3 short weeks. He’s crossed the rainbow bridge and is now running pain free with Cami and Gunny again.
