As the cold weather moves in, please make sure your pets are safe and warm. We strongly advise all pet owners to keep pets inside during freezing temperatures.

If you’re cold, they are too. 🥶

The Safe Outdoor Dogs Act is in effect for Texas, animals must be provided with adequate shelter for protection from the extreme temperatures.

If you see an animal left outside in the cold, please do not hesitate to contact your local shelter, call 311 in Dallas or make an online report at https://bit.ly/dallas311 or call the local police.
