Due to inclement weather and the ground being so soft in the dog park we have chosen to postpone Barks and Bowties until the spring 2025. We appreciate everyone’s support immensely. We will be raffling off several items soon so stay tuned!

We are all so excited but please, DO NOT utilize the park until it’s open to the public. We are completing construction and landscaping this week.

HUGE shout out to Superior Services MW and Family Tree Construction for their hard work finishing the front awning and getting the dirt work ready for the irrigation system to be placed! Thank goodness for the cooler weather. Stay tuned for further progress! 🐕 🐶 🐩

This is it! The day we have been waiting for!!! The roof is going up!

There is a special machine that prints the medal in a specific curve that we needed and have been waiting patiently for. After the roof goes up everything will go quickly! 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We want to give a big shout out 📣and thank 🙏🏼you to Vinmark Roofing and Construction and 3Diamon Fab for donating the materials and labor and this special machine to outfit our roof! We can’t thank these guys enough!

We are FUREVER grateful for the amount of support we have received from the community, and we are entering into our last push for funds to support the dog park for on-going operating expenses.

We are so excited to announce that we are selling custom engraved benches for the dog park! See the image below for an example of the bench. (Shout out to Tony's Landscaping & Construction!) Let your bench be a lasting reminder of your support of this community. The cost of a bench (Bulldog Sponsorship) is $1,500.

Each business (or individual) that sponsors a bench will have their name engraved into a bench for visitors to view for many years to come.

We have created a non-profit to help make this project happen called “Friends of MW Dog Park”. The park’s new name will be Wagley Tails Dog Park after our generous Tile Sponsors, Sue and Jay Wagley! Please contact [email protected] with any questions. The dog park is located at 116 NW 4TH Street Avenue, Mineral Wells, TX 76067. To sign up as a sponsor you may fill out the online form below and we will contact you for payment information. Deadline for sponsorship is June 1, 2024.

It’s coming together nicely. Painting has been completed and VinMark Roofing & Construction LLC has gratuitously said they would donate a beautiful standing seam roof for the awnings.
We are getting to the end and we can’t thank everyone enough for their participation and patience. ❤️
We still have the bench fundraiser going on which will help with the finalization of our gorgeous park.
