Rachel’s Rescues is still reaching out to contacts in Ukraine to assist wherever needed in the meantime is working toward status as nonprofit. Current donations will go toward that pursuit as well as establishing a physical location to house animals and purchase supplies for their continued care. Once a place has been obtained, animals can start moving in! Animals with special needs seem to be particularly underserved, and Rachel’s Rescues seeks to provide a safe environment to provide care until they are ready to find their forever homes.
