Sweater weather ❄️🐶

Lola and Larry are loving their new sweaters from ALDI USA to keep cozy and warm before the temps drop tonight 🥶 So thankful for the sunshine during our walks ☀️ As you can tell, it put a literal smile on their faces 🥹 What a lovely day it’s been with these two 🙌

Whether your dog in commuting to the North Pole or just stepping outdoors for a winter ti**le, here are some ways to keep your furry friend snug when the weather outside is frightful👇

𝗚𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡’ 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 ❄️
The less time outside, the better! Try and get business hours down to 10-15 minutes per walk.

Fetch your pup a nice warm sweater - they’re especially handy for small dogs or dogs with short coats.

𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
Protect those precious toe beans! Snow booties can help (if you can get your pup to wear them), by providing grip and preventing cuts when it’s icy outside.

Reggie is 4 years old, and a few of his favorite things include:
- Belly rubs
- Hunting rabbits
- Keeping watch on the house from the front window

We love having Reggie as an honorary Gamer team member!

Help me welcome some new paws to the pack this holiday season 🎁🐾

𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧 😻😻

Pantouf (tuxedo) is 6 years old and loves to sit on laps, be brushed, and play with cat wands and/or rope 😻 She always greeted me at the door when I stopped by which put a smile on my face!

Griffin (all black) is 5 years old and very playful! Although he can be socially awkward at times, he did warm up to me quite fast. I let him sniff my fingers before any play time or brushing, in order to gain trust. He has a “safe spot” in the living room that he would sit in and meow, requesting to be brushed 🥹 We became fast friends! Both him and his sister.

𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐧 🐶

He’s a 10 year old Corgi Mix whose love language is treats and food! Anytime I stopped by for a visit he would jump up and down, making sure I didn’t forget the important stuff 😂 He was overjoyed to receive a gift from me for Christmas too, immediately playing with it 🥹

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐲 🤍

She’s a 14 year old Siamese whose favorite thing is quality time ❤️ She has plenty of toys to play with, but prefers to be next to people chatting it up and receiving pets! She loves her time outside on the deck and rolling around on crinkled paper too.

𝐙𝐡𝐮 𝐙𝐡𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐲𝐧 (𝐁𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐚) 😻😻

Brooklyn (black) is 18 years old and takes some time to warm up to strangers. Because of this, when I entered the home I acknowledged him from afar and then went about the other tasks needing to be done, including giving his sister a Churu. He observed from afar and then came over towards me not too long after - making for a successful and comfortable visit! I also pay attention to my energy when told a pet is shy around strangers. If I act cool, calm, collected, and confident, I’ve noticed that more times than not, the pet will feel the same around me 🖤

Zhu Zhu is a 2 year old long haired tabby who loves going outside in her harness, chasing treats, and playing in a box/fort 😻 She loves to cuddle and basically any treat (her and I have a lot in common 😹)

𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐚 😻

She’s a 17 year old brown Tabby 🥹 A few of her favorite things include chasing the laser toy, receiving pets, being brushed, scouting for cat nip, and laying in a box by the heat vent. For her age, she is still so full of life!

𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐬 😻😻

Jasper (orange) is a 12 year old tabby who loves to be held like a baby and receive pets, especially head scratches 🧡 and Duchess is an 11 year old Tortoiseshell who is often shy I was told, but anytime I stopped by for a visit she was out and about.. ready to receive her pain meds and affection 😻 Just call me the cat whisperer!

She’s a 4.5 month old calico kitty with a bunch of personality! Some of her favorite things include “wrestling” with her brother 🐶, being your shadow, jumping (whether that’s to capture an item in your hand or from one furniture item to the next 😹), running up and down the stairs, being held like a baby (but not for long), and giving lots of “love” bites 🥰 She has an electronic mouse that she loves to chase around too, and “fighting” with the broom is one of her sneaky newfound tactics that she thoroughly enjoys - I found out while sweeping lol!

These two had quite the adventure this afternoon going to see Santa Paws 🎅 Word around the street is that they’re on the nice list this year! Roo thinks that the best way to spread Christmas cheer is barking loud for all to hear 😉
