L2 Cattle LLC in Minneola KS is looking for cattle to custom feed. We are a small starter/grower yard. We have modern cattle processing equipment, as well as reliable feeding equipment and feed tracking software. We work closely with our local vet and nutritionist to stay up to date with the best feed and medicine options. We are looking to take in anywhere from 500-750 head. •Did you know that pumpkins make a good supplemental protein and energy source? The content of crude protein ranges between 14-17% on a dry matter basis and the TDN is 60-70%! Pumpkins can be a component of a growing ration for calves, and a good supplemental feed for dry pregnant cows in the fall.

Not only do pumpkins look pretty for fall decor, and serve some fun for carving, but they are beneficial for cattle!
