🎄 Holiday Notice! 🎄

Attention, pet parents! I will not be offering nail trims during the week of Christmas, so please be sure to schedule them accordingly. I have plenty of availability for nail trims this week (12/6), so don’t wait!

If you miss this window, no worries! Nail trims can be scheduled for the week after Christmas.

✨Nail trims are $10 please no walk ins

During the colder months, many dogs spend less time on hard surfaces like pavement, which naturally file their nails.
This can lead to overgrown nails that may cause discomfort, affect their posture, or even make walking on icy or slippery surfaces more difficult.
Keeping their nails trimmed not only prevents these issues but also ensures better grip and overall comfort. Regular trims are a simple way to keep your pup happy and healthy throughout the winter.

Just a quick reminder! ❄️ If LUHS closes due to winter weather this season, Liberty Paws Grooming will also be closed for the safety of everyone.

I will personally contact anyone scheduled on those days to arrange a reschedule. Please note, my usual 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply when inclement weather is involved.

🐾 Important Updates from Liberty Paws Grooming 🐾

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all my wonderful clients for your continued support! As I strive to provide the best care for your furry friends, I need to share a few important updates regarding my grooming services.

✨Scheduling for 2025✨
EXCITING NEWS: my schedule for 2025 is now open for bookings, and spots are filling up fast! Please note that I will not be taking on any new clients at this time. Additionally, if I haven’t seen your pup in over 6 months, they will be considered a new client and added to the waitlist.

✅Appointment Confirmations✅
I’ve noticed an increase in no-shows over the past few weeks, which significantly impacts my business. To help manage my schedule, I send text reminders 24 hours before each appointment, asking for a confirmation. Please respond to the text message. It’s challenging to fill a last-minute spot, and as this is my sole source of income, I truly appreciate your cooperation in confirming appointments.

Moving forward, I will be enforcing a stricter policy: You will have two opportunities to miss or cancel an appointment without 24 hour notice.

✨Weight Limit for New Clients✨
Due to a recent back injury, I will no longer be accepting new dogs over 50 lbs. I will continue to groom my current large and extra large clients, but I must prioritize my health to ensure I can provide quality care for all dogs.

🐕Doodle Grooming Schedule🐕
(this is towards new doodle client when my schedule opens up in the future current clients can stay on the schedule they are currently on)
I have also made the decision to limit Doodle grooming appointments. I will only accept Doodles on a 6-week schedule or less, as they require more maintenance than many other breeds. This change will help me ensure that I can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each grooming session.

☎️Communication Reminder☎️
If you need to reach me by phone, please leave a voicemail. I receive many spam calls and may not be able to answer right away. Texting works best, especially since I often have limited service in my brick building.

🐕Nail Trims🐕
I still offer nail trims for both new and current clients by appointment only, as I am a one-person operation.

⏰Late Arrivals⏰
Please remember that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled and rescheduled for my next availability. This policy helps keep my schedule on track and ensures fairness to all clients.
