Did you know that we transport dogs to daycare, vet appointments, or boarding facilities? Wrigley is off for a weekend of fun while his mom is out of town for work!

If you have to work or travel and can’t transport your pup, give us a call! We’ll happily drop them off or pick them up for you. We may even sing to them to hype them up for their adventure. Today’s tune: ‘Wrigley’s going to a slumber pawty, a slumber pawty!’ Haha!

November is the perfect month to pause and reflect on the things we are thankful for, and I can’t help but feel deeply grateful for the incredible community of fellow pet sitters around me. Being able to connect with other compassionate, dedicated professionals who share the same love for animals is invaluable.

Building these bonds has not only allowed me to strengthen my business but has also opened doors to collaboration and support. It’s comforting to know that I have reliable, trustworthy sitters to call on when needed, ensuring that each pet receives the consistent and loving care they deserve.

🐾 October is Pit Bull Awareness Month 💛

Did you know Pit Bulls were once symbols of American pride? 🇺🇸 Often called “nanny dogs” for nearly a century, they’ve earned this title thanks to their loyalty, gentleness, and love. Pit Bulls can even thrive as therapy and service dogs, spreading joy and support to those in need.

😔 Unfortunately, a few people have misused these incredible traits, giving the breed an unfair reputation over time. This negative portrayal says more about the actions of humans than about Pit Bulls themselves.

Every dog is unique and deserves to be seen as an individual. While some Pit Bulls are perfect for first-time owners, others may require more experienced hands. No matter what, responsible ownership is key! 💪

The best way to fight stigma and save more Pit Bulls is to raise well-trained, well-behaved pets.

Sammy’s face when he realized the basket wasn’t for him 😂 At least he provided moral support while we put together the baskets we’re donating to The Gates Service Dog Foundation1st Annual Fundraiser!

Join us this Saturday, October 19th, from 10 AM to 2 PM to support a great cause! There will be vendors (including me!), food trucks, a silent auction, and raffle prizes. Hope to see you there!

Happy National Black Dog Day! 🖤🐾

Today, October 1st, we’re celebrating all the beautiful black dogs out there! Did you know that black dogs are often overlooked in shelters due to something called “Black Dog Syndrome”? This term refers to the tendency for black dogs to take longer to get adopted compared to lighter-colored dogs. But black dogs are just as loving, loyal, and full of personality just like our friend, Woodley!

Here are a few fun facts about black dogs:

🐾 Welcome Fiona to the ZooCrew! 🐾

We’re thrilled to have Fiona join our pack! This spunky, spry 14-year-old has the sweetest salt-and-pepper coat that showcases her wisdom, but don’t let that fool you—her eagerness for her walks keeps us on our toes! Fiona lives at a retirement home with her mom, who needed a little help giving her pup some extra exercise, and we’re more than happy to step in. She’s an absolute joy to walk, and we can’t wait to share many more adventures with her! Welcome, Fiona! 💖

🎉 Welcome Shorty to the ! 🎉

This little guy was a bit nervous when his mom left him for the weekend, but with patience and care, he started to warm up to us. We let him set the pace and used his favorite food and treats to build his trust. And guess what? He does the cutest little trick—sitting up on his hind legs, posing for treats! 🐾💙

We’re so proud of the progress we’ve made in just a few visits and can’t wait to see how much more we grow together. 🐶💫
