We are happily accepting new patients as we know many other veterinary hospitals are unable to during the pandemic. We're having a great time supporting our friends Humane Society of St. Joseph County at the Great Catsby gala! MPMC enjoys partnering with and supporting all the life-saving work the amazing folks at this shelter do for our county's cats, dogs, wildlife, and PEOPLE.

All of us at Magrane take pride in providing emergency care, urgent surgeries, and spay/neuter support for the pets at SJCHS. They are always in need of volunteers, fosters, supplies and donations to make the shelter go and keep every pet well cared-for until they find a furever home.

When you you have no idea you're giving a blood sample because ...CHEESE...

These are the moments that coming to a Fear Free trained vet clinic like MPMC sooo benefit your pet - instead of being restrained and forced into a certain position for a blood draw, this nugget got to snack greedily while nurse Leslie drew blood from a saphenous vein in the rear leg.

Being Fear Free trained means our team will do what works for your pet and respect their emotional and behavioral needs, fears, likes and dislikes. Sometimes that means we can't achieve everything in one visit and try again with anxiety-reducing pre-visit medication or injectable sedation.

Handsome Uno and Usher (we love interesting pet names!) posed perfectly after a wonderful wellness visit in our cat-friendly exam room with Dr. Niemann and team!
