Vet note- For those who would like to purchase cattle, here is a good example of why you need small yards with a crush.

Izzy has an abscess that the vet needs to lance and drain. Often vets won’t attend if you don’t have a crush to restrain the cow. There would be no way of operating in this situation with out a crush with a head bale. For the next 6 days we will need to check the wound and clean it. We will need to use the crush every time.

Oops, I forgot to add this boy to the website. Beautiful colouring. He however, will be a full sized lawn mower. He’s already The same size as Louie…. Not that that is saying much….
