✨ It’s been a long journey to get here. In my teenage years and early 20s, I was a fad dieter, trying every diet you can imagine, all while partying every weekend and eating pizza at 2am. At 24, I became vegan for the animals, which was incredible for my mind and body for about a decade. However, during my third pregnancy, my body started signaling that it needed something different.
Listening to your body is challenging in a culture that teaches us to doubt ourselves and distrust our inner voice. But I finally chose to honor the infinite intelligence within me and freed myself from labels. Now, I follow a Whole Foods diet, counting colors instead of calories, and eating as close to the source as possible.
At 38, with three kids, I’ve never been healthier. I have a better body and mind now than I ever did in my 20s. 🌿✨
