We are very dissapointed to announce that the Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo will not be happening this year. Our hearts go out to the Mitchell community, the Stock Contractor, Contestants, and the spectators who make this event memorable every year! During this time, we'd also like to thank the sponsors and fans that help make this rodeo what it is. We appreciate you! We hope to see you all at the Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo next year!!

After serving as a summer staple in Mitchell for 49 consecutive years, the Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo has fallen victim to the coronavirus.

Bailey and Avery got to help out some residents at the Prairie View Care Center. They hung up bird feeders outside the resident's windows, so the birds could come visit! They also brought along some pets for the residents to see. Covid-19 has caused many tragedies, but we can all get through this together!

We are excited to announce our debute on Instagram as well as the year 2020 being our official 50 years of bringing the community a performance of hard working cowboys and cowgirls to the arena.

We are an official PRCA rodeo held in Mitchell, SD. Each year we look forward to participating in our town’s Corn Palace parade and giving back to the community with our event. We also are so blessed to provide a rodeo for our state and nation wide professional rodeo competitors.
