Today is National Walk to a Park Day! 🚶‍♀️A day that encourages us to walk to our favorite park(s), feel the wind in our face, get some exercise, and enjoy the simple pleasure of a walk among nature. 🌳🌻

Just a few ways to celebrate - Plan a picnic or BBQ at Rothwell Park, go hiking or biking 🚴‍♀️at West 43 Wilderness Area, or fly a kite at Fox Park. You could even go to the Dog Park At Rothwell Park, 🐕‍🦺 so your four-legged friends can tag along.

The Dog Park includes two separate sections, one for smaller and less social dogs and the other for larger and more outgoing dogs. 🐶 The amenities such as a water hydrant, picnic tables and benches make it a perfect place to have an exciting time enjoying nature while your dog romps and runs! 🐩
